Product introduction：
Bag filter is a kind of dust remover filter It mainly use filter bag to filter the dusty gas to keep the dust on the bag. In order to achieve the purpose of dust removal. The bag filter is widely used in industry, which is suitable for collecting non cohesive and non fiber dust. The initial concentration of treatment is 0.001-1000g/m3, and the particle size is 0.1-200 μ M. Currently modern company all have used bag filter for pollution controlling. The performance is very good . The dust removing system must use the correct bag filter according the standard of exhaust emission.
Material Introduction:
Polyphenylene sulfide fiber, also called PPS fiber. PPS was prepared by melt spinning, melting point 285 ℃. The tensile strength is 0.18 ~ 0.26n/tex, elongation is 25% ~ 35%, and the initial modulus is 2.65 ~ 3.53n/tex. It has good heat resistance, good acid and alkali resistance. It is mainly used as high temperature filter fabric, and the temperature resistance can reach 190 ℃. The fiber also has excellent chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance and flame retardancy.

Working Principle:
