With an adjustable plunger that is squeezed against the frame as the door is closed, these automatic drop door bottom seals guarantee an effective seal, triggering a hidden flat spring mechanism. In a scissor-like action, this mechanism effortlessly drops the seal from the housing. The seal compresses on either even or rough surfaces and when the door is opened, it retracts automatically.
